Ensure that your P2P environment is working – BITS, BranchCache, DO, LEDBAT enabled
Set up your Global Administrator, Dashboard Access and Global Read Operator Groups
Install the StifleR Server components – Service, Dashboards and Beacon
Install at least three clients on a separate subnet
Run some BITS downloads on the clients and/or run Microsoft updates and Install some Store Apps
Browse to the StifleR Dashboard website – http://IIS_ServerURL/StifleRDashboard
Run the StifleR.ClientApp.exe in interactive mode through the CMD prompt (with the /Service switch) and check out what’s happening on client. (Stop the StifleR Client Service first)
