Remote Assistance

The StifleR uses a built-in Windows remote assistance feature over a secure StifleR channel.

This allows the generation of a secure remote assistance connection on any Windows device to access it if the user accepts an incoming RDP connection.

Press Start session to open remote assistance on the user's device.

Access Remote Assistance on the Client Management page.

Once the connection is generated and invitation file is downloaded automatically, run the file and past one time generated password to connect to users device.

A connection log is available to determine the status of Remote Assistance.
